Your Future

• Strategy: You support the strategic development of the Thermal Solutions business unit by analyzing markets, products, customer segments and new growth opportunities. In doing so, you work closely with management on strategically relevant topics.
• Business Development: You contribute to the evaluation of new business opportunities, market potentials and partnerships while supporting the development of new business and market entry strategies.
• M&A: You support national and international M&A activities – from target identification and market research to strategic assessments and post-merger integration initiatives.
• Innovation: You actively contribute to the build-up of the new Services business by supporting concept development, market analyses and go-to-market initiatives.
• Impact: You prepare management presentations, decision papers, white papers, and strategic materials for business unit and corporate leadership, thereby contributing directly to important business decisions.
• Collaboration: You work closely with various functions and stakeholders in an international and dynamic environment.
  

Your Potential

• Qualification: You have successfully completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Economics or a comparable field.
• Experience: Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in strategy, consulting, M&A, investment banking or within an industrial environment.
• Analytical Skills: You stand out through strong analytical capabilities, a structured mindset and the ability to quickly understand and present complex topics clearly.
• Working Style: You work proactively and independently while bringing a high level of curiosity, ownership and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Communication: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English.
• Personality: You thrive in a dynamic environment with high levels of responsibility and are motivated to actively make an impact.
